How long will it take to deliver my order?

As this is a Made to Order piece, you can expect the delivery to be 20 days from when your order is confirmed.

NOTE: In case you need your order by a specific date, you can reach out to us via call or Whatsapp.

What if I want to return it?


You can exchange your jewellery within 15 days of delivery. Just make sure all tags are intact and the piece is unworn.

NOTE: Custom designs, Made To Order items are not eligible for returns.

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately. An unboxing video will be needed for a swift exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What is gold/rhodium vermeil?


Vermeil is a thick layer of real gold or rhodium plated over sterling silver. About 5 times more thicker than regular gold plating.

Vermeil is considered the best quality standard in jewellery due to its substantial precious metal content and durability.

Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?


Yes, all our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, which is hypoallergenic in nature. In fact, silver is considered good for your skin!
