Cancellation Policy
At Odins, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be flexible while managing the order process effectively.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
You may request to cancel your order for any item(s).
Timeframe:
Cancellation requests must be made before your order is shipped. We typically process and ship orders within 12 hours, and we may contact you for order confirmation before shipping. Therefore, please submit your cancellation request as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of placing the order or before you receive a shipping confirmation email/notification, whichever comes first.

- Please mention your Order ID in your cancellation request.
Post-Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped from our facility and you have received a shipping confirmation, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the order after it has been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy upon delivery.
Note: As per your input, return shipping costs or original shipping costs might be deducted in case of returns.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders (Pre-Shipment):
If your order is successfully cancelled before it has been shipped:
- You can opt for a refund back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, Wallet, etc.). Please note that a of the order value may be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is charged by the payment gateway service provider and is non-refundable to us.
- Alternatively, you can opt to receive the full order amount (without any deduction) as store credit in your Odins account, or use it for an immediate exchange.
Refunds (to the original payment method) will be processed according to the timelines mentioned in our Refund Policy, typically within 7-8 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
3. Order Cancellation by Odins Fine Jewellery:
Odins reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The item is out of stock and cannot be procured.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information on the website.
- Issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- Inaccurate or insufficient address or contact information provided by the customer.
- Non-availability of the customer for order confirmation call (if applicable).
If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method without any deductions.
