What is the return & exchange policy ?

We have a 15 days easy return & exchange policy. Just make sure all tags are intact and the piece is unworn.

Note: Custom designs, Rings, and Made To Order items are not eligible for returns.

What is your 15 days Money Back Policy ?

This means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your order and get a refund.

Note: In case of refunds a fee of 3 - 5% will be deducted from the refundable amount based on the mode of payment.

If you are a COD customer, COD charges will not be refunded.

What is the process of returning or exchanging the product?

You can initiate a return form your orders page easily.
If you are facing any any issues, you can simply contact us for the same.

How will I receive my refund?

In case of prepaid orders, your refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment or as store credits. In case of COD orders you can get it in credits or in your desired back account.

Note: Refunds can take upto 7 days to process.

What if i receive the wrong/damaged product?

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately. An unboxing video will be needed for a swift exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What is I want to change the color/size of the jewellery already in transit?

In this case you can simply deny the delivery and order again.

Note: Shipping charges will be deducted from your amount in this case.

Do I Need To Pay For Shipping The Product Back To You ?

In case of refunds, the return shipping is deducted from the refund amount, otherwise we don't charge for it.

Lifetime Exchange And Buy Back Policy

We offer lifetime buyback of our products for the current price of silver in it.

You can exchange it for something new or request to transfer the amount in your account.

Are customised jewellery returnable/ exchangeable?

Custom orders are not returnable nor exchangeable as they are specially made for you.
